Mansion Poker review
Mansion Poker used to be an independent online poker operation until not too long ago when it moved to the iPoker network, for the obvious player traffic benefits. All the large scale promotions that the iPoker network features, are now available through Mansion Poker. Mansion Poker players can even take part in the ECOOP (the European Championship of Online Poker) where multi million dollar prize-pools can be shared.
Mansion Poker’s software is the battle tested and recognized iPoker software. It offers great graphics, 3D-like avatars and excellent special features. The statistics offered are the industry-standard ones. The sounds are a bit repetitive and may become annoying after a while but there’s an option to turn them off. 4 color deck is available, multi tabling is well supported and there’s a special graphical history that players can use to track back their actions.
The only downside of the Mansion Poker software is that because of the overly generous countdown timer, gameplay slows down a lot sometimes.
The Mansion Poker sign-up bonus consists of a 100% match on player deposits, up to a maximum of $500. The bonus can be released in $10 batches, each such batch requires 1,000 MCPs to unlock. MCPs can be generated through real money cash play. Every $1 paid out in tournament fees is worth 20 MCPs.
With most of the traffic focused on the lower and medium stake tables, there’s some pretty loose action down there too. Higher stakes get less traffic and the action tightens up a little too.
